Jacket / Contents / Packaging

• Minor jacket creases, corner dents, or surface cracks that do not affect playback are not eligible for return or exchange.
• The inner sleeve may develop cracks from contact with the disc; this is not a defect eligible for return or exchange.
• Disc labels may not adhere perfectly smoothly due to the manufacturing process.
• Damage limited to the outer shrink wrap that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for return or exchange.

Playback Issues

• Turntables without tonearm weight adjustment (typically all-in-one models) may cause skipping on tracks with wide dynamic range. This is generally due to a lightweight tonearm and is not eligible for return or exchange. Use of a turntable with an adjustable tonearm is recommended.
• Static electricity or dust accumulation can cause playback issues; these can usually be resolved with dedicated cleaning products.
• Dust on the stylus needle may also affect smooth playback.

Disc Abnormalities

• The disc surface may appear uneven or slightly warped. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an actual playback defect is confirmed.
• The center hole may be manufactured slightly smaller to minimize distortion and maintain consistent playback. If it does not fit the turntable spindle, a dedicated center hole adapter can resolve this.
• Faint surface marks or minor finishing imperfections may occasionally be present. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of confirmed playback defects.

Color Disc Notes

• The actual color of the disc may differ slightly from images shown online.
• Color variation between individual units may occur during the production process.
• Small dots or traces of other color dyes may appear on the disc as a result of manufacturing.

Returns & Exchanges

• For return or exchange requests due to clear manufacturing defects, please contact customer support with photos, video evidence of the defect, and the model name of your playback device.
• As LP jackets are highly susceptible to damage during repeated shipping and are difficult to resell, returns due to accidental purchases or a change of mind are not accepted. Please purchase carefully.
