How to Play Gonggi (Korean Jacks)

Gonggi, also known as Korean Jacks, is a fun and engaging game that challenges players' dexterity and coordination. Here’s how to play, broken down into rounds:

Round 1: One-by-One

• Scatter the stones on the ground.
• Pick them up one at a time.

Round 2: Two-by-Two

• Scatter the stones again.
• This time, pick them up two at a time.

Round 3: Three-at-Once

• Drop the stones on the ground.
• Pick up three stones simultaneously, then pick up the remaining one.

Round 4: The Toss Catch

• Throw one stone into the air.
• Drop the remaining stones.
• Catch the airborne stone and then pick up all four remaining stones at once.

Round 5: The Flip and Catch

• 5a: Hold all five stones in the palm of your hand. Carefully throw them into the air while flipping your hand over so that they land on the tops of your fingers.
• 5b: From this position, throw and catch all five stones in your hand.
